This can either be done as individual tarts or one big tart in a pie pan.

  • 1 pie crust
  • 1/3 cp honey
  • 4 Tbs tapioca starch
  • 1/2 + 1/3 cp can coconut milk
  • 1/2 + 1/3 cp water
  • 2 beaten egg yolks
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cp fresh fruit of choice
