This can either be done as individual tarts or one big tart in a pie pan.
- 1 pie crust
- 1/3 cp honey
- 4 Tbs tapioca starch
- 1/2 + 1/3 cp can coconut milk
- 1/2 + 1/3 cp water
- 2 beaten egg yolks
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cp fresh fruit of choice
