Meet Martha C. Lindsay MS, CNE, Advanced Certification Nutrition Response Testing SM, GAPS Certified
It is the unique combination of experiences and credential that allow Martha to approach the investigative holistic approach to healing. She has over 20 years of experience with conventional medical practice and understands its strengths and weaknesses. Martha Lindsay’s holistic approach is the integration with conventional medicines.
We do our best to find underlying causes of a person’s illness. Sometimes it is a process – going through layers of healing while using whole food products.
Martha Lindsay graduated with a Masters Degree from Michigan State University College of Microbiology and Public Health in 1980. She suffered for over 20 years with migraine headaches and was on conventional medication daily to control them. She discovered Nutrition Response Testing℠ at a nutrition meeting, was intrigued and began a 3-year intensive training with Ulan Nutrition Systems, Inc. She began using Nutrition Response Testing for her headaches and they gradually resolved so that she could stop the daily conventional drug. In 2006, she began using Nutrition Response Testing in practice and saw fast improvements in a myriad of health issues.
Martha completed a 3-year certification program in Whole Health Nutrition Education (CNE) at the National Institute of Whole Health (NIWH) in 2011. She began working with Dr. Diane Stoler (drdiane.com) with brain trauma clients. At 4 ½ years old, Martha’s grandson was referred to a school psychologist for “anger management issues” and was handled with Nutrition Response Testing and dietary changes. His “anger issues” were resolved to the satisfaction of his nursery school teachers. Thus began Martha’s special interest in children diagnosed with behavior challenges such as autism, ADHD, ADD, etcetera. She became GAPS certified in 2014.
Martha lives with her husband, David. They have two daughters happily married to two tremendously supportive husbands and six beloved grandchildren. Martha and David are immensely proud of all of them and feel so blessed.
