Put a can of full-fat coconut milk into the fridge until cold (6-12 hours).
Open the can (careful not to shake it) and carefully spoon out only the solid cream portion to put into a blender or mixer.
Add 1 Tablespoon raw honey and ½ teaspoon vanilla.
Whip. Serve immediately over your favorite fruit or dessert. Can store leftovers in the fridge for maybe up to a week.
