  • 3 cups white beans – pre-cooked and rinsed, then smash these
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup ghee or butter
  • 2/3 cup raw honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon each of ginger, cardamom and nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup each of chopped walnuts, almonds and pecans

Directions

Mix all and bake at 350 degrees until toothpick comes out clean (25-50 minutes depending on the size of pan you use – I used a 14 x 10 pan and it was done in 25 minutes).
