- 3 cups white beans – pre-cooked and rinsed, then smash these
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup ghee or butter
- 2/3 cup raw honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup almond flour
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon each of ginger, cardamom and nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup each of chopped walnuts, almonds and pecans
Directions
Mix all and bake at 350 degrees until toothpick comes out clean (25-50 minutes depending on the size of pan you use – I used a 14 x 10 pan and it was done in 25 minutes).
