Ingredients:

  • 1 can condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 cans french style green beans, drained
  • 2 Tbs butter
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 2 cp sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cp coconut milk (from can, not light)
  • pinch pepper
  • salt to taste

Preheat oven to 200 degrees F.

In pot, melt butter and saute onion until soft.  Add mushrooms and saute until soft.  Add coconut milk and bring to a boil.  Simmer for 3 min.  Remove from heat and add pepper and salt

Combine beans and soup in casserole dish.
Heat in 200 degree F oven for 30 min or until hot.
