• 1 ½ C fine shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 2 Tbsp raw honey
  • 5-6 Tbsp coconut oil
  • Raw Almonds (20)
  • 1/3 C coconut milk (thin beverage)
  • 4 oz 100% cocoa unsweetened chopped bar
  • Pinch sea salt

Directions

Stir together coconut oil, coconut milk, coconut and salt in bowl. Place in pan of HOT water to melt and mix together forming smooth paste. Drop dollops of mixture onto tray lined with wax paper. Form into balls and freeze 5 minutes until firm and cold. Melt chocolate and 1 Tbsp honey over pan of hot water in a small bowl or pan. Stick toothpick into coconut filling to lift it to dip it into the melted chocolate OR just drizzle chocolate over coconut. Dip and place almond onto top. Return to wax paper (remove toothpick). Keep in refrigerator if warm day.
