Ingredients:
- 2 cups raw walnuts (can experiment with different types of nut)
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- ¼ cup raw honey
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Put all ingredients into a food processor.
Mix well. Form into balls and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
