Ingredients:
- 1 8 oz. can pumpkin
- 1 cup coconut or almond milk
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 cup garbanzo (besan) flour
- 2 tblsp coconut oil (heated until liquid)
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tblsp cinnamon
- 2 tblsp raw honey, or more to taste.
Combine ingredients just like you would make a pumpkin pie filling and pour into a greased 8” X 8” baking dish. Bake for about 1 hour at 350 degrees or until a toothpick comes out clean.
