Ingredients:

  • 1 8 oz. can pumpkin
  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup garbanzo (besan) flour
  • 2 tblsp coconut oil (heated until liquid)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tblsp cinnamon
  • 2 tblsp raw honey, or more to taste.

Combine ingredients just like you would make a pumpkin pie filling and pour into a greased 8” X 8” baking dish. Bake for about 1 hour at 350 degrees or until a toothpick comes out clean.
