Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup raw cacao powder
  • 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch salt

Mix all until well combined. Scoop 1 ½ Tbsp balls dough onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F. about 10 minutes or until bottom and edges look a darker color. Let cool on the baking sheet on wire racks.
