- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup sweetener to taste
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla and or almond extract
Whisk together above ingredients.
4 cups milk – heat slowly to 180*
Slowly add hot milk to egg mix while whisking mix. Continue until all milk is mixed in. Pour into large glass bowl, casserole dish. Place bowl in larger pan with an inch of hot water in it. Bake at 325 for 50 minutes. Test for done by sticking a knife in the middle. If it comes out clean it’s done.
