- 1 & 1/2 cups crispy cashews
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 7 pitted dates
- pinch of salt
Mix all in blender or food processor into a thick cashew creamy consistency. Makes 3 cups.
Store in refrigerator.
