• 1 & 1/2 cups crispy cashews
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 7 pitted dates
  • pinch of salt

Mix all in blender or food processor into a thick cashew creamy consistency. Makes 3 cups.

Store in refrigerator.
