1 cup coconut flour, 1½ cups tapioca flour, 1 tsp salt, ¼ tsp garlic powder, 3 eggs (or can substitute 3 TB ground flax in 6 TB boiling water – let sit until thickened about 15 minutes), ¼ cup coconut oil or butter or olive oil (melted), 1 cup water (may need a bit more water).

Mix wet ingredients well.

Mix dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients. Add more water if needed to get soft enough consistency dough to spread with a rolling pin on a pizza stone or a cookie sheet between two pieces of parchment paper. Bake 450°F for 12 minutes . Remove top parchment paper. Add toppings then bake ~7 minutes.
