• 2/3 cp brown rice flour
  • 1/3 cp tapioca starch
  • 2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbs butter melted
  • 2 eggs room temp slightly beaten

Mix all ingredients together.
Put more rice flour, tapioca starch mix on counter and put dough in center
Roll out very thin, like paper.
Cut into ribbons with pizza cutter.
Throw in a pot of salted boiling water for 3 min.
Drain & rinse with cold water.
