Mix together: 2 cups nut flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, ½ teaspoon sea salt
Mix together in a separate bowl: 2 large beaten eggs, 1/3 cup butter (or other oil)
Stir wet mixture into dry mixture. Scoop dough out by tablespoons onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten slightly with finger. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes until firm and golden. Cool on the baking sheet.
