- 1 lb beef cut into bite size or smaller
- 2 Tbs butter
- 1 cp coconut milk sour cream
- 4 oz mushrooms
- 2 Tbs brown rice flour
- 1/2 cp chopped onion
- 1/2 cp beef stock
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 cp homemade brown rice noodles
Directions
- Mix together sour cream, flour, beef stock, and pepper and set aside
- In large skillet cook beef in hot butter til desired doneness.
- Remove beef and add mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Cook and stir til onions are softened.
- Drain off fat, then return beef and vegetables to skillet.
- Stir flour mix into skillet and cook and stir til thickened and bubbly then cook 1 min more
