• 2 cups ground almonds
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 3/8 cups chopped walnuts
  • 1 large or 1 ½ small mashed ripe bananas
  • 3 eggs, 1 ½ tsp raw honey (or to taste)
  • Mix all together

Directions

Grease (using coconut oil) a small loaf pan and line the bottom and sides with parchment paper. Grease the parchment paper with coconut oil. Pour the mixture into the pan. Bake at 300 degrees F. for approximately one hour or until a knife inserted into the center of the bread comes out dry. Let cool in pan then remove and store in the refrigerator since no preservatives were added.
