• 3/4 cup of Olive Oil
  • 3/4 cup of Braggs Apple Cider Vinigar
  • 1/8 cup of Braggs Amino Acid (a healthy alternative to soy sauce)
  • 1/2 cup of Raw, local honey
  • 1 tbsp of ground Nori, Dulce or any seaweed powder


Mix all ingredients in a covered jar or blender. If you shake it by hand make sure the honey dissolves. Do not HEAT raw honey. Shake each time before you pour or use blender for permanent infusion of ingredients. Can be stored at room temperature. Makes 2 cups.

Note: I love this same dressing for many different salads. I just use more or less honey or amino acids to change it up. I have added 1/2 avocado in place of 1/2 cup oil and a clove of garlic and blended…. yum!
